Can you Catch My Misery (POEM)

Poem written by A. Analise

“Can you catch my misery?”

Can you catch me
Can you catch me

As I fall onto the floor
come unlock the door

I keep the things hidden
I keep them away, so you won’t know
I say they are forbidden
And try not to let it show

The emotion rising high
But past my heart is where I lie
Laying in a pile of my own misery
And it has it’s own company

Huddled and Cuddled right and tight, there’s just nothing left of me. Sometimes the rain isn’t enough and I have to let it go.

Can you catch me
Can you catch me

I don’t want to fall
Not anymore at all…
